This is an early-stage AI business building software for receivables finance. Its mission is to make invoice finance scalable, automated, and far less manual, so that businesses can access the working capital they are already owed and lenders can underwrite, verify, collect and reconcile invoices with greater speed and confidence.
The company is focused on solving a large but operationally heavy problem: lenders still rely on spreadsheets, fragmented data, and manual workflows to assess risk and fight fraud. The team is building with long-term impact in mind, prioritising quality, robustness and thoughtful system design over quick wins. It values ownership, intellectual range, and the courage to build systems that have not been built before. The culture is highly collaborative, intense, and early-stage by nature, with people expected to contribute directly to the company’s DNA.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
