HyperLegal builds AI tools for law firms.

We help lawyers work faster and more accurately, without losing the human judgement and oversight. We know legal workflows deeply, and we build software that fits them. The team is small, collaborative, and building products people actually want to use.

We have a live pilot with a Legal 500 firm. We raised pre-seed in our first year. We're raising again now to grow faster.

Our main product handles client onboarding: pre-consultation, client and risk checks.

The product works. Now we need it to scale securely, across many firms at once.

The role

You'd be our founding engineer, working directly with the co-founders. You own everything between the code and the customer: the deployment pipeline, the technical roadmap, and the AI platform capabilities (incl: self-serve onboarding and integrations) that take us from one live firm to many.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You won't be doing this alone; we have development and QA support in place today, and we're planning to scale the team around this hire.
