Job Description
As Founding Engineer at Aspire Project, you will lead the technical development of a mobile-first AI platform helping young people navigate financial planning. Transitioning from part-time to full-time, you will own the entire stack—React Native, Python, and Supabase—while working directly with the founder to scale a product already endorsed by industry leaders.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build end-to-end features across the mobile application and backend infrastructure, ensuring a seamless user experience for the next generation.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to define the technical roadmap and make critical architectural decisions that shape the future of the platform.
- Manage the deployment and scaling of the product using Railway and Supabase while maintaining high-quality code and rapid shipping cycles.
The ideal candidate
- Previous experience as a Founding Engineer or Senior Software Engineer at a VC-backed or accelerator-backed startup (e.g., YC, EF, Antler, or Techstars).
- Full-stack proficiency with React Native for mobile development and Python for backend logic, plus experience managing cloud infrastructure and databases.
- A mission-driven builder who thrives in high-autonomy environments and is comfortable transitioning from a part-time founding role to a full-time lead.
