Job Description
As a Founding Engineer at Infraview, you will serve as a technical co-founder with an equal equity split. You'll architect and build the core NLP and RAG systems that automate complex infrastructure permitting. This is a zero-to-one opportunity to solve a massive real-world bottleneck and shape the entire technical direction from day one.

What You Will Do
- Architect and build production-grade AI and NLP systems for document drafting, stakeholder objection analysis, and regulatory risk identification.
- Design and implement RAG-based architectures to process thousands of pages of documentation while ensuring strict security, auditability, and data integrity for large infrastructure clients.
- Drive the end-to-end product strategy alongside the founder, moving from early prototype to a market-ready platform integrated with tools like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
The ideal candidate
- Has 4-10 years of experience building enterprise-grade products with a deep background in NLP, RAG, document processing, or complex information extraction.
- Possesses a founding mindset, with a proven track record of building technical products from zero and the resilience to thrive in an early-stage co-founder environment.
- Demonstrates a high bar for reliability and security, capable of creating technical systems that meet the rigorous auditing demands of large infrastructure consultancies.
