Job Description
As the Founding Engineer at Love It Baby, you will own the technology from the ground up, building AI that runs social media for small businesses. You'll architect the engine, manage LLM orchestration, and integrate social APIs. This high-impact role offers significant equity and the chance to build a category-leading company.

What You Will Do
- Architect and maintain the full technical stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure, ensuring rapid delivery to production.
- Design and refine the core AI engine using LLM orchestration to create reliable and scalable content for small business owners.
- Build and manage critical social platform integrations and publishing pipelines to automate marketing workflows for non-technical users.
The ideal candidate
- Proven track record of shipping full-stack products independently, with the ability to manage everything from architecture to deployment without a large team.
- AI-native developer with production experience in LLMs, demonstrating deep knowledge of cost-efficiency, latency, and system evaluation.
- Product-focused engineer who thrives in high-ambiguity environments and moves with extreme speed to translate user needs into working code.
