Founding Software Engineer | Founding Team of 15
Build the company you'll wish you'd joined on day one.
The best Founding Engineer opportunities don't come around often. This is one of them.
We're working with a well-funded product company that's building the next generation of software in a market ready for transformation. They've already raised significant backing from top-tier investors and are assembling an engineering team capable of building something genuinely category-defining.
The founders know exactly what they're doing. They've built in this space before, achieved a major exit and have a deep understanding of both the technology and the customers they're building for. They aren't experimenting—they're executing.
Now they're looking for exceptional engineers to help build the company from the ground up.
Why this opportunity stands out
- Join at the earliest stage with genuine ownership of both the product and technical direction.
- Meaningful equity in a business built for long-term success.
- Work with an exceptional engineering team from companies including Meta, Tessian and other world-class product and infrastructure businesses.
- Product-first culture where engineers shape what gets built—not just how it's built.
- Backed by leading investors with the funding to build properly from day one.
- Small, high-calibre team with an incredibly high talent bar and no unnecessary hierarchy.
- Solve difficult technical problems using modern technologies, AI and scalable distributed systems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
