🚨 Founding FDE/Solutions Lead – Insurance AI 🚨

Location: London / Hybrid (3 days/week in the City) Compensation: £110k–£150k + Equity

A fast-growing, well-funded AI startup—backed by top-tier investors—is seeking a Founding FDE/Solutions Lead (Client Delivery/Solutions Lead) based in London.

You will be the first hire in London, owning the full customer journey from pre-sales through implementation, while shaping the product roadmap for the UK & EMEA Insurance Market.

This is a high-impact 0-to-1 opportunity for a go-getter who thrives at the intersection of insurance domain expertise, customer delivery, and product thinking—someone eager to build from scratch.

  • Support sales alongside Account Executives (AEs) by designing demos, pitches, and driving deal acceleration
  • Own end-to-end implementation—from discovery to post-go-live—for London Market carriers, MGAs, and brokers
  • Act as the insurance Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating real-world workflows into technical requirements and advising the CTO & engineering team
  • Shape the UK/EMEA product roadmap, identifying opportunities to adapt US solutions for the London Market
  • Set cultural foundations as a founding team member and build a scalable playbook for a future team of ~20 people over 12–18 months

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
