KIVA is building India’s homegrown premium hydration brand at the intersection of FMCG, consumer wellness, innovation, and modern lifestyle.

We are currently at an exciting pre-launch stage—developing our products, strengthening our business ecosystem, engaging with incubators and industry partners, and preparing to bring our vision to market. As we move into the next phase of our journey, we are opening applications for the first-ever KIVA Founding Fellows Program.

We are looking for a small cohort of ambitious, curious, and entrepreneurial individuals who want more than a conventional internship.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Founder, contribute to real business challenges, take ownership of meaningful projects, and experience what it takes to build an emerging FMCG consumer brand from the ground up.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The KIVA Founding Fellows Program is a 12-week, project-driven experience designed for students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to entrepreneurship and early-stage company building.

As a Founding Fellow, you will work on real strategic priorities that directly contribute to KIVA’s development and growth.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

KIVA is founded by Venkatesh Rajput, an entrepreneur, brand strategist, public speaker, and Cranfield University graduate with experience spanning start-up building, business strategy, consumer marketing, and media engagement across India and the UK.

His journey includes building entrepreneurial ventures, advising start-ups and businesses on growth and brand strategy, collaborating with global organisations, and gaining recognition through public speaking, media appearances, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

Through the KIVA Founding Fellows Program, selected candidates will have the opportunity to work directly with the Founder and gain first-hand exposure to the strategy, challenges, decisions, and execution involved in building an ambitious consumer brand from the ground up.

Help identify and develop opportunities that can accelerate KIVA’s route to market. You may contribute to:

  • Market and channel research
  • Strategic partnership identification
  • Premium retail and hospitality mapping
  • Corporate and institutional opportunities
  • Distributor and industry research
  • Outreach and relationship development
  • Go-to-market initiatives

Ideal for individuals interested in business development, sales, partnerships, FMCG, and growth strategy.

🎨 CREATIVE DESIGN

Help translate KIVA’s premium brand vision into powerful visual communication. You may contribute to:

  • Digital and social media creatives
  • Presentations and business collateral
  • Campaign concepts
  • Brand communication assets
  • Website and digital visuals
  • Launch-related creative projects

Ideal for individuals passionate about graphic design, visual communication, branding, and creative direction.

Because the earliest stages of building a company are different.

There are no established playbooks. Problems are constantly evolving. Ideas must become execution, and every meaningful contribution can influence the direction of the company.

Cohort 1 will be KIVA’s first group of Founding Fellows.

We are not looking for people who simply want another line on their CV.

We are looking for people who want to learn, contribute, take ownership, and experience the journey of building something from the beginning.
