Founding Full-Stack / Mobile Software Engineer - AI Networking Startup

Finding Full-Stack / Mobile Engineer: AI-Powered Networking Startup

Remote-first, UK preferred | Full-time | £40k–£70k + equity potential

Foundermatcha is helping a fast-growing UK-based startup find a strong full-stack/mobile engineer to join as an early technical hire.

This is not a generic dev role. We are building a premium, AI-powered professional networking platform for founders, investors, operators, and business leaders, designed to cut through the noise of traditional social platforms and create more intentional, high-value introductions.

The product already has thousands of registered users, paying customers, an active mobile app, and a community around curated in-person events. The next phase involves:

  • Rebuilding the architecture
  • Scaling the product
  • Bringing AI-native matching and recommendation features

We’re looking for someone who can think like a builder, move quickly, and take ownership across product, frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll help rebuild and scale a live, mobile-first product used by a growing professional community. You’ll collaborate closely with senior technical leadership and contribute to the next version of the platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
