Job Description
Join a high-growth startup as a Founding Engineer building an AI Operating System for mid-market healthcare clinics. Working directly with an Oxford PhD CTO, you will architect 0-to-1 solutions that automate clinical workflows. This role offers high autonomy to define technical specifications and ship impactful features that modernize patient care operations.

What You Will Do
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js or Python, ensuring high security and healthcare data compliance.
- Design and implement sophisticated AI features by integrating LLMs and modern AI APIs into the platform’s core clinical automation workflows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure on GCP or Azure while collaborating with the CTO to translate customer needs into production-ready technical solutions.

The ideal candidate
- Strong production experience with Next.js, TypeScript, and either Node.js or FastAPI, alongside a background in integrating LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- Proven track record of 0-to-1 product development or previous startup experience, demonstrating the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Solid academic foundation in a STEM field from a top-tier university, combined with a desire for high ownership and direct customer interaction.
