About getWear

Fashion has a data problem.

Women own wardrobes full of clothes yet still feel they have “nothing to wear”. At the same time, fashion retailers are trying to personalise shopping without understanding the most important piece of information: what their customers already own.

getWear is building the missing intelligence layer between the consumer and the fashion industry.

For consumers, we’re creating an AI-powered wardrobe and personal shopping platform that understands your style, your wardrobe, your lifestyle and your preferences. It helps you rediscover what you already own, build outfits effortlessly, and shop more intelligently with personalised recommendations that actually complement your wardrobe—not just sell you more clothes.

For retailers and fashion brands, we’re building wardrobe intelligence that powers a new generation of personalised shopping experiences. Through our B2B platform and SDK, brands can recommend products that genuinely work with a customer’s existing wardrobe, improve conversion, reduce costly style-mismatch returns, and create far more meaningful customer relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is more than a fashion app. It’s the infrastructure for truly personalised fashion commerce—creating value for consumers and retailers through the same proprietary intelligence.

Who I’m looking for

You probably:

  • Love fashion, consumer brands and social media
  • Have grown audiences before—not just managed accounts
  • Understand creators, influencers and online communities
  • Enjoy testing ideas, learning quickly and building from scratch
  • Think commercially and care about growth, not vanity metrics
  • Want real ownership rather than simply executing someone else’s strategy

Startup experience is a bonus, but mindset matters far more than job titles.

The opportunity

This is an early-stage, equity-led opportunity for someone excited by building something meaningful from the ground up. I’m looking for a genuine long-term partner in growing the consumer side of the business.

If this sounds like you—or someone you know—I’d love to hear from you. Please send me a message with a little about yourself, what you’ve built or grown, and why this opportunity interests you.
