This fast-growing AI SaaS startup has recently secured multi-million dollar seed funding and is now entering a pivotal growth phase as it builds towards its next investment round.
The business has developed an AI platform that helps client-facing organisations build stronger relationships with their customers, identify commercial opportunities earlier and improve client retention through intelligent insights.
Joining now means becoming one of the first commercial hires, working directly alongside experienced founders and senior commercial leaders who have built, scaled and exited multiple successful businesses.
Role description
This isn't a traditional marketing role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems and using AI to generate demand more intelligently.
You'll become the engine behind the company's outbound growth, helping build the systems that identify the right prospects, automate repetitive processes and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
This is an opportunity to help build a commercial function from the ground up, with genuine ownership from day one.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and optimise outbound systems that generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalisation and workflow automation.
- Build prospect lists, enrich data and create scalable outreach systems using modern GTM tools.
- Test creative campaigns, experiments and activations that help generate demand.
- Work closely with Sales to improve targeting, messaging and lead quality.
- Measure results, analyse performance and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Help build an AI-first growth engine from scratch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
You'll probably have 6 months - 2 years' experience in sales, marketing, growth, commercial operations or another customer-facing role.
More importantly, you'll be someone who:
- Loves solving problems.
- Enjoys using AI to improve the way work gets done.
- Thinks in systems rather than repetitive tasks.
- Is naturally curious and constantly looking for better ways of doing things.
- Has lots of ideas and enjoys testing them.
- Is analytical and enjoys measuring what works.
- Wants to build something from the ground up.
You don't need experience with every tool. We'd much rather hire someone who's excited to learn than someone who's simply used lots of software.
