WHO WE ARE
adminbolt is the fastest-growing hosting control panel on the market. We launched commercially three months ago. A customer just migrating 200-server fleet onto us: the same fleet would have cost roughly 10x more on a legacy panel.
The market timing is not subtle: the incumbent panels have raised their prices, year after year, for the better part of a decade. Every shared hosting provider on the planet is now doing the same math, and we're the answer that math leads to: flat per-server pricing, native fleet management, an AI agent layer no other panel ships, and a free, supervised migration off whatever panel they're stuck on today.
So here's the real situation: the product is winning, the market is furious at the incumbents, and the category, AI-native hosting infrastructure, is being defined right now, by whoever plants the flag first. We already have the homepage, the GA4 plan, ~50 comparison and "alternative" pages mapped at near-zero keyword difficulty (ten already drafted), and banner creative in market.
What we don't have is one person who owns the whole growth engine. That's you. Solo, for now: you build the machine, the budget and the team follow the numbers you put up.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Paid acquisition (PPC). Google Ads on the high-intent searches, retargeting, paid social. Your own landing pages, your own CAC, defended with data. You own the spend and the return on it.
- Organic & community. Reddit (r/webhosting, r/sysadmin and friends), X, hosting forums, Discord/Slack communities, showing up where hosters actually argue about panels, not posting press releases into the void. Founder-led and brand voice both.
- Content & SEO. The comparison and alternative pages, the migration story, technical content that ranks for the searches a hoster types the moment they've finally had enough, and converts them once they land.
- Growth, end to end. You run experiments, not campaigns. Positioning → channel → lead → clean handoff to sales, instrumented so every euro and every hour is attributable. Find the loops, double down on what compounds.
- The narrative. We're creating a category, not entering one. You write the story the industry repeats back to us.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

WHO YOU ARE
- You've driven growth for an infrastructure, developer, or hosting product, not a consumer app, not generic SaaS. You understand a hoster's P&L and why "up to 90% cheaper" is a real claim, not a banner slogan.
- You've run paid acquisition yourself and you own a CAC number. You can build a Google Ads account, write the ad, build the page, read the data, and kill what doesn't pay, without waiting for an agency.
- You're at home on Reddit and X, not just LinkedIn. You know the difference between getting upvoted by sysadmins and getting downvoted into oblivion, and you can be useful in a thread before you're promotional.
- You're full-stack and experiment-driven: write the page, brief the designer, wire the tracking, read the GA4, ship the test, and argue positioning, all in the same week. You think in pipeline and CAC, not reach.
- Bonus: you came up inside the hosting/infra ecosystem (a panel vendor, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Open-Xchange, a registrar, or a host) and you already know the players, the events, and the noise.

WHY THIS SEAT
You won't inherit a deck and a process. You'll build the growth function from the studs up, on top of a product that sells itself in a head-to-head and a market that's actively looking for an exit from the incumbents. Early, high-leverage, founder-close, equity in the upside. If you've ever watched a worse-marketed product win on budget and thought "I could do this properly": this is the properly.
