Be our first growth hire and find the audience, message, and channel that Lurio scales on.

Why this role

Lurio has paying customers who love it and a product that demos brilliantly. What we do not have yet is proof of exactly who buys, why they buy, and where to find more of them, repeatably. That proof is this role. This is not a scale-the-machine job, it is a find-the-machine job: tight experiments across message, audience, and channel until the numbers tell us what to double down on.

What you'll actually do

  • Get closer to our users than anyone. Talk to the people who paid, the people who signed up and stalled, and the people who left, then turn what you hear into sharper positioning and landing pages you test within the week.
  • Own activation. More of the people who sign up should reach a finished deck they are proud to send, and you will find where they drop and fix it.
  • Run one or two channels at a time, properly, in weekly experiment cycles. Kill what does not move signups without ego, double down on what does.
  • Build in public alongside the founders. Lurio is a product people love to show off, so give them reasons to.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who you are

  • You are a builder, not a brief-writer. You ship, measure, and kill your own ideas without ego.
  • You have done zero-to-one growth before, at an early-stage startup or on something of your own, and you can talk specifics: what you tried, what failed, what worked, and the numbers behind it.
  • You hear 'we do not fully know our ICP yet' and treat it as the job, not a blocker.
  • Bonus: a creative streak, and the instinct for making things people want to share.

What success looks like

A rough picture of your first chapter here, not a checklist.

  • We know which segment converts, what message lands with them, and why, backed by numbers rather than instinct.
  • At least one acquisition channel works and repeats, documented well enough that spend or a second hire could scale it.
  • Signup to first finished deck has measurably improved, and we know which changes did it.
  • There is a weekly experiment rhythm the whole company can see: what we tried, what we learned, what is next.

The honest bit

We are pre product-market fit and we say so out loud: real paying customers, real usage, and everything else still to prove. There is no big budget to hide behind and no funnel to inherit. Growth here comes from craft, speed, and talking to users, and that is the fun part if it is your kind of fun. You will work hand in glove with the founders, you will own the growth strategy.

Logistics

  • Remote-first, UK / Europe / Americas friendly
  • £70k to £100k base, plus meaningful equity
  • Reporting straight to the founders

If this is of interest to you please apply :)
