About Brillama
Brillama is an AI-powered business management platform designed to help retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, and sole traders streamline their daily operations. Features include inventory management, bookkeeping, banking reconciliation, and multi-store oversight, all simplified through automation and intuitive design.
We are an early-stage startup with a live product, in search of a motivated individual eager to contribute while developing hands-on startup experience as we build our first customer community.
About the Role
As our Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with our founder to expand Brillama’s presence among small businesses across the UK and beyond.
Unlike traditional corporate marketing, this role enables creativity, experimentation, and direct impact as part of our fast-growing SaaS startup.

Responsibilities
You’ll support marketing initiatives through a mix of creation, engagement, and expansion activities, such as:
- Crafting and managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
- Developing engaging short-form content and promotional posts for audiences.
- Producing simple promotional videos using tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Designing graphics, banners, and marketing collateral to promote our product.
- Conducting outbound prospecting via outreach, LinkedIn messages, email campaigns, and online communities.
- Researching targeted small business groups for strategic engagement.
- Assisting with product launches, feature rollouts, and customer-facing messaging.
- Gathering and analysing customer feedback to refine branding and tools.
- Proposing organic marketing strategies to boost awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
We prioritise enthusiasm and adaptability over specific experience:
- Recently graduated or seeking commercial experience.
- Curious about startups, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation.
- Passionate about content creation for social/audience engagement.
- Demonstrates clear written communication skills.
- Proactive, driven by curiosity, and willing to learn independently.
- Shares fresh ideas and embraces challenges.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma is beneficial but not mandatory.
