Founding Growth Marketing Lead

This is a blank canvas. You'll shape how a frontier AI company shows up in business, working alongside a world-class AI engineering team and some of the best marketing agencies and specialists out there. Big product, big ambition, and the room to think creatively and build something people notice.
We're looking for a Founding Growth Marketing Lead to build our marketing function from zero. The person who can take a genuinely novel, technical product and turn it into a story the market understands, trusts and buys. This is a founding seat: you build it, you own it, and it grows into the function you lead.

🔑 The Role
- You'll own the journey from a complex product to a market that gets it.
- Sharpen the proposition and turn a technical product into a simple, credible narrative
- Own the website as a lead-generation and trust-building asset
- Build the SEO/GEO and content engine, with AI-search visibility treated as a priority
- Create the sales assets that close: decks, one-pagers, case studies, explainers
- Set the campaign rhythm and prove what actually generates qualified demand
- You won't just build every asset yourself. You'll run a bench of trusted specialists, brief them well, and hold the quality bar.
