Be the First Commercial Hire at an AI Company Solving a MedTech Compliance Problem
Build the outbound engine from scratch and help manufacturers get their products into patients' hands faster.
The Opportunity
We're hiring our first commercial person: an AI-first builder who thrives on autonomy. You'll architect the outbound motion from zero and help close the deals alongside the founders. That means building how we find the right regulatory leaders, what we say to them, why they reply, and then running the full cycle.
Day to day, you'll:
- Build and optimize the GTM machine. Lead lists, enrichment, sequences, and tooling, from scratch.
- Own the outbound. Multi-channel outreach and cold calling that turns strangers into leads.
- Push the deals forward. Work the full cycle with the founders, from first reply to signing.
- Shape the strategy. Sharpen the messaging and targeting on what real buyers tell you, week after week.
Who We Are
We're a London startup removing the bottleneck between the companies that make medical devices and the regulators who approve them. Too many devices that could change lives sit in review queues. We automate compliance reviews, taking work that costs months down to hours and helping manufacturers move faster with confidence.
We're pre-seed, backed by Antler, Meridian Health Ventures and Vento Ventures, plus regulatory-expert angels who helped build our product.
You'd build with a small team of senior, high-agency people:
- Francesco (CEO & co-founder) spent around a decade in MedTech, bringing multiple life-saving products from concept to patients. He has lived the compliance pain we're solving.
- Mihai (CTO & co-founder) holds a PhD on decision-making in multi-agent systems and led research on safe, interactive planning for self-driving cars.
- The team is ML and software engineers plus an ex-Notified-Body regulatory expert, who make sure what we tell the market holds up to the people who used to sign these files off.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What We're Looking For
We care less about your exact years or your degree than about evidence of results. MedTech or regulated-industry experience is a strong bonus, but it shouldn't put you off applying.
Above all we value fast learners who are determined, adaptable, and hungry. You are adaptable and thrive when priorities shift; AI-native with the judgment to prioritize quality over volume; results-oriented, owning outcomes rather than just activity; and empathetic to the unique pressures facing our clients.
Strong competence and proven experience (3+ years) doing:
- Cold outbound (email + LinkedIn). You wrote and ran B2B cold sequences that convert. Show us: sequences you wrote, and your own reply and meeting rates.
- Cold calling (phone). You cold called successfully as a regular part of a recent role. Show us: conversion rates, and a meeting you booked from a cold call.
- AI-automated outbound. You built automated outbound workflows with AI tools (Clay, Apollo, n8n, or LLM prompts). Show us: a workflow you built, the tools behind it, and what it produced.
- Pipeline generation. You generated B2B/enterprise pipeline. Show us: your own numbers, qualified meetings a month, pipeline value, or quota.
- Deal management. You ran discovery meetings and advanced multi-stakeholder B2B deals. Show us: a complex deal you moved forward and how (closing experience is a bonus).
- Zero-to-one building. You built an outbound motion from a blank page. Show us: something you started from nothing, with no inherited CRM or playbook.
- Writing. You write clear, sharp, human copy. Show us: a short sample; you'll also write live in the case study.
