I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Do
- Design and instrument the outbound machine from scratch, leveraging AI agents for research and drafting while treating top-of-funnel as the primary constraint.
- Build the GTM operating spine, including full CRM implementation, pipeline instrumentation, and the weekly cadence that transforms activity into a reliable forecast.
- Find and run the partnership and channel plays that compound, refining positioning for CISOs and VPs of Risk at large enterprises to ensure consistency across all sales surfaces.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 2–5 years of experience in a high-performance B2B commercial, growth, or RevOps role, or a background in VC/strategy with a builder's mindset.
- Demonstrates a "no infrastructure, no excuses" attitude with a track record of standing up channels, motions, or systems from zero to one.
- Possesses the executive presence to build credibility with senior security leaders at large enterprises and the systems discipline to run data-driven experiments.
