THE OPPORTUNITY
Klaris is hiring its first GTM hire to build our pipeline and own our outbound motion. You won't be handed a playbook, you'll architect it. We're seeking an AI-first builder who thrives on autonomy. This role scales as we grow: from zero-to-one pipeline generation into GTM leadership.
WHO WE ARE
We are a London-based startup transforming MedTech compliance. Manufacturers are drowning in regulatory paperwork (EU, FDA, post-market surveillance); we help them move faster with confidence.
We are backed by Meridian Health Ventures, Antler, and Vento Ventures. Our founders combine deep MedTech operational experience with world-class AI research, supported by a powerhouse team of experts in regulatory affairs and engineering.

WHO YOU ARE
- AI-native: You use AI as a force multiplier (e.g., Clay, automated research). When you hit a bottleneck, you build a solution.
- High-agency: You operate without a manager. You own your tooling, data, and outcomes.
- Outbound Expert: You write high-reply cold emails and LinkedIn sequences. You pick up the phone - cold calling is a core part of our motion.
- Buyer Empathetic: You understand the pressure on Regulatory Affairs and Quality leaders. You focus on being useful, not just selling.
- Flexible: You thrive in ambiguity and pivot priorities as the startup grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build the machine: Construct lead lists, enrichment flows, and sequences from scratch.
- Own the outbound: Execute multi-channel outreach that generates high-quality conversations.
- Shape the strategy: Refine our messaging and targeting based on real-world feedback.
- Scale the function: Transition from "founding hire" to GTM leader as we build systems and a team around you.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Compensation: £50-65K Base | £70-85K OTE | Equity.
- Environment: Based in Shoreditch. We value in-person collaboration, especially early on, with genuine flexibility.
- Benefits: 25 days leave + bank holidays, pension, and health insurance.
- Visa: Sponsorship available for the right candidate.
