We're hiring for an ambitious AI startup that's already gaining traction and is now looking for its first GTM hire to help scale revenue towards $5M+ ARR and beyond.

Working directly with the founders, you'll build the commercial engine from the ground up, owning everything from outbound strategy and pipeline generation through to closing deals and shaping the future GTM team.

What you'll be doing:

  • πŸ“ˆ Building and scaling outbound across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, ABM, and events
  • 🀝 Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • 🧠 Implementing sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting frameworks
  • πŸš€ Generating pipeline and turning founder-led traction into predictable revenue
  • πŸ’‘ Working closely with founders on messaging, positioning, content, and GTM strategy
  • πŸ‘₯ Helping build the future sales team as the company grows
