Founding HR Advisor – Equity-Based Opportunity | UK
I’m building Zoyra, an early-stage startup in the employee benefits and healthtech space, and I’m looking to connect with an experienced UK HR professional interested in joining the company as a Founding HR Advisor.
Zoyra’s Goal
Zoyra’s goal is to help employees plan and financially prepare for future fertility-related expenses through employer-supported benefits, partnerships, and digital tools.
Role Overview
At this early stage, I’m looking for someone who can help shape the HR and employee-benefits side of the business, including:

- Understanding the needs of employers and HR teams
- Helping structure an attractive fertility benefit for companies
- Advising on employee engagement, workplace policies, and benefit implementation
- Supporting early conversations and feedback from potential employer partners
- Helping validate the proposition before launch
Compensation
This is not currently a paid role. Zoyra is pre-seed, and I am looking for someone interested in becoming part of the founding team through an equity-based arrangement.
Commitment
The role would require only a limited monthly commitment, approximately a few hours per month, with flexibility depending on availability and business needs.
