Company Description
Variant-backed cryptographic primitive startup founded by exited entrepreneurs and an MIT/TUM Professor
Job Description
You will lead narrative warfare for a startup building a physical-reality verification primitive. London, UK
Why this role is remarkable
- Join a founding team with a proven exit history, backed by tier-one investors including Variant, ex/ante, Hivemind, and leaders from Coinbase and Worldcoin.
- Execute "narrative warfare" with total creative freedom, treating public opinion as material to be shaped through performance art and high-stakes stunts.
- Define the cultural footprint of a new technical primitive that provides the ground-truth needed for the future of DeFi and the global digital economy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You Will Do
- Stage high-impact physical provocations and IRL stunts that serve as material arguments for real-world cryptographic proof.
- Translate real-world interventions into viral digital artifacts and narratives that capture the internet’s attention and build a loyal vanguard.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape company culture and strategy, bypassing traditional marketing for movement-building tactics.
The ideal candidate
- A creative technologist, streamer, or performance artist with a portfolio of provocative work that has successfully generated mass cultural attention.
- Possesses an instinct for "narrative warfare" and cultural intervention, drawing inspiration from figures like Marina Abramović or Philippe Petit over corporate marketing.
- Demonstrates the ability to transform complex technical concepts into visceral, undeniable human stories without relying on industry jargon or buzzwords.
