Company Description
Expedite is an agentic law firm focused on supporting founders who are building global companies. The firm combines the judgment and experience of leading venture attorneys and operators with technology-driven speed to deliver outcomes across borders. A year ago, "AI-native law firm" was a pitch. Today it's a codebase shipping real legal work, and we're turning them into systems.
Role Description
As a Founding Member of Technical Staff at Expedite, you will help design, build, and iterate on core systems that power our agentic law platform for global founders. You will work closely with attorneys, operators, and product stakeholders to translate complex legal and operational workflows into scalable technical solutions, rethinking legal workflows in the age of AI. This is a full-time role based in London.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
