πŸš€ Founding Operator (Customer-Facing) | London, In-Office | Β£55K-Β£75K + Founding Equity πŸš€

Limitless is exclusively partnered on this search.

My client is building the AI agent layer for real estate - AI employees that handle tenant engagement, landlord outreach, compliance, and maintenance autonomously, replacing manual workflows that haven't changed in decades. Backed by a leading startup accelerator and top-tier VCs.

They're already live with agencies across the UK, with early traction in the US πŸ…

This is a customer-facing role for someone with a genuine engineering background who doesn't want to be an engineer anymore - You'll own the full technical adoption lifecycle: taking new customers from signed contract to fully live in 7 days, training branch staff hands-on, and triaging issues yourself (SQL, logs, config changes) before anything reaches engineering. Feedback you gather on-site feeds straight back into the product roadmap.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
