The Company

Decima2 is an Oxford-founded AI startup on a mission to eliminate wasted marketing spend by building the first AI native marketing agency. Decima2 has raised venture backing from top funders like Y Combinator. We have strong revenue growth, real momentum and are now growing the team.

The Team

You’ll be working directly alongside the founders, who have won the Oxbridge AI Challenge and Bristol Innovation Awards, been selected for the Technology for Marketing Awards and Tech Nation Emerging Stars, and bring a combination of a PhD in AI from the Alan Turing Institute, an Oxford MBA, and experience scaling venture-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar valuations.

The Challenge

Businesses have high expectations of their PPC account managers, and PPC account managers only have so many hours in the day. What if we built AI native software to automate all the execution work and keep the account managers as strategic overseers?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
