Working directly with the CPO, you will own product areas end-to-end, serving as both designer and PM. You will leverage AI-first workflows to build simple, impactful tools for over one million teachers worldwide, shaping the future of classroom technology. Location: Remote (UK), United Kingdom Why this role is remarkable: Massive scale and traction with £400k MRR and nearly 1 million teachers across 100+ countries already using the platform True founding influence as the second designer, setting the design patterns, principles, and quality bar for the entire company High-velocity AI-first culture where you use tools like Cursor and Claude to move from concept to production in days What you will do: Own product work end-to-end, partnering with engineering to define, explore, and ship improvements that move key metrics Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor daily to prototype, clarify intent, and build interfaces directly in the codebase Conduct weekly research sessions with 50,000 paying subscribers to validate ideas and ensure product simplicity and usability The ideal candidate: 4-7 years of product design experience in a high-growth startup environment Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX craft, taste, and attention to detail Experience or strong interest in AI-first workflows and high-velocity product development Who are Jack & Jill?
