Job Description
Join the UK’s fastest-growing EdTech startup as the second designer alongside the CPO. You will own product areas end-to-end, leveraging AI-first workflows to build tools for 50,000 paying subscribers. This is a high-impact role for a builder who wants to redefine how AI shapes the classroom for the next decade.

What You Will Do
- Lead product areas from first sketch through to production, effectively acting as the Product Manager for your work.

- Prototype and ship directly using AI-assisted tools like Cursor and Claude Code, maintaining high craft without handoff bureaucracy.

The ideal candidate
- 4-7 years of product design experience, with a track record of shipping high-quality work in fast-paced startup environments.
- Proficiency with AI-first workflows and a desire to build interfaces where complex technology feels simple and intuitive for users.
- A bias for action and ownership, with the ability to balance deep design craft with the speed required at a seed-stage startup.
