About Us

annwn is building a new category of product: an AI-native platform for sustainability professionals and enterprise.

We give consultants and enterprises specialist AI agents, structured tools for complex knowledge work, and a digital twin of the organisation so people can work with far better context, clarity, and speed. The goal is better decisions, better delivery, and better outcomes for business and the world.

This is AI for a better world. The work matters. The customers matter. The product has the potential to shape how sustainability work gets done across large organisations.

The Role

We’re hiring a founding product designer to help define that category.

You’ll work closely with the Founders / CPO and engineering to design the core experience of the platform: agent-driven workflows, human review and refinement, data-rich interfaces, and the systems that make a powerful product feel clear and trustworthy.

We’re looking for someone who is not just a strong designer, but an AI-native builder. Someone who uses AI fluently as part of how they think, design, prototype, and ship. Someone who can move from concept to flow to prototype quickly, work closely with engineers, and help invent new interaction patterns for how expert users work with agents.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a ground-floor role with real influence over the product, design culture, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Design the product end to end, from early concepts through to production-ready designs
  • Shape the core UX for agents, workflows, review flows, decision support, and expert user tooling - in such a way that our product is intuitive and relevant for our customers
  • Help define new interaction patterns for AI-native work, including delegation, oversight, refinement, and trust
  • Turn complex sustainability and enterprise workflows into interfaces that feel clear, useful, and fast
  • Prototype ideas quickly in Figma (or similar) and, where useful, in code or AI-assisted tools
  • Help define the product’s structure, navigation, and design system
  • Work closely across the team, clearly articulating and engaging in debate around the design direction of our platform
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak to users regularly and turn insight into better product decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in complex B2B or expert-facing software
  • Strong experience designing workflow-heavy, data-rich products
  • Excellent product thinking, interaction design, and information architecture
  • High level of visual craft and attention to detail
  • Ability to make dense workflows and complex systems feel simple and coherent
  • Confidence working closely with engineers in an early-stage environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity, pace, and shaping a product as it is being built
  • Strong fluency with AI tools as part of your design and build workflow
  • Clear evidence that you can prototype, test, and iterate quickly, not just hand over polished mock-ups
