Annwn: Founding Product Designer - AI-Native Platform for Sustainability
About Annwn
annwn is pioneering a new category of product: an AI-native platform engineered specifically for sustainability professionals and enterprises.
Our vision? AI agents, structured workflow tools, and a digital twin of organisations—enabling faster, clearer, and more impactful work. The product aims to drive better decisions, project delivery, and social-environmental outcomes. We’re building AI for a better world—where the work, customers, and product potential are transformative.
The Role: Founding Product Designer
We’re seeking a product designer with a rare skill set: AI-native thinking. You’ll collaborate with Founders, CPO, and engineering to shape the core platform experience—agent-driven workflows, human review, data-rich interfaces, and reliable, intuitive systems. This isn’t just design; it’s partnering in the invention of how expert users interact with AI.
A ground-floor influence role with direct impact on product, design culture, and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
You’ll design the product end-to-end, blending creativity and strategy to:
- Lead end-to-end product design from concepts to production-ready designs
- Craft intuitive UX for:
- Specialist AI agents and workflows
- Human validation tools and agent-driven decisions
- Enterprise-grade decision support and tooling
- Define new interaction paradigms for AI-native work—explaining delegation, oversight, trust, and human-in-the-loop refinement
- Simplify complex sustainability and enterprise workflows into polished, efficient interfaces
- Prototype fast, whether in Figma, code, or AI-assisted tools
- Shape product structure, navigation, and design systems
- Bridge gaps across teams: articulate design debates, distill user insights, and lead decisions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
