About the Role
Company Description
Early-stage AI fintech startup
Join as the first dedicated product engineer building an AI-powered lead generation platform for venture capital and private equity firms. You will own features end-to-end, from customer discovery to shipping production code. Working directly with the CTO, you will define the technical architecture and scale automated investment sourcing workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle:
- Conduct customer interviews and define requirements
- Design solutions and feature sets
- Build and iterate end-to-end
- Develop complex data pipelines, CRM integrations, and network visualization interfaces using Python and SQL
- Manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD deployments
- Optimize the platform’s proprietary machine learning scoring system

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a backend-leaning full stack role – preferably within a startup environment
- Strong technical foundations in:
- Python
- FastAPI
- Postgres
- Comfortable with cloud services (Ideally Google Cloud Platform – GCP)
- Product-minded builder who:
- Enjoys customer interaction
- Thrives on full ownership of entire product features
