Job Description
As a founding member at Pharosyn, you’ll bridge the gap between pharma enterprise clients and the engineering team to automate complex data workflows. You will design agentic AI systems for clinical trial landscaping and regulatory monitoring, directly shaping a platform already used by paying enterprise customers to replace manual intelligence triage.

What You Will Do
- Iterate on agentic AI system design and prompt engineering for life science tasks like competitive landscaping of clinical trials and patent publications.
- Build rigorous evaluation processes to benchmark AI performance against the exacting requirements of top-tier pharmaceutical enterprise users.
- Act as the strategic bridge between pharma clients and engineering, translating complex life science workflows into a technical product roadmap.
The ideal candidate
- Has 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence or commercial strategy consulting at firms like L.E.K., IQVIA, or specialist CI boutiques.
- Holds a life sciences degree (PhD preferred) and understands the nuances of clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and pharmaceutical data signals.
- Possesses a strong intuition for AI, having used or experimented with LLMs to solve complex research problems within the life sciences domain.
