Role Description
This is a contract-based, initially equity-based role for a Founding Product & GTM (Go-To-Market) Lead at Kreatoors.ai. The individual will be responsible for creating and executing product strategies, managing development roadmaps, and aligning go-to-market initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Management, Product Strategy, and Roadmap Planning
- Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Business Development
- Proficiency in Market Research, User Persona Development, Data Analysis, and Customer Insights
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including Personal Branding, Content Marketing, and Social Media Strategy
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior experience in a startup environment or employee advocacy/personal branding industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
