Job Description

As the Founding Product Lead, you will define the technology engine for a portfolio of customs brokerages. You'll embed with operators to map complex manual workflows and design AI-driven tools that 10x efficiency. This is a hands-on role building the product vision from the ground up for an industry ripe for disruption.

What You Will Do

  • Embed directly with customs brokers to map operational workflows, identifying specific friction points and opportunities for automation.
  • Prototype and iterate on AI-native tools that simplify complex declaration filings, compliance checks, and shipment tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and engineering team to convert validated prototypes into robust, production-ready software for global deployment.

The ideal candidate

  • Has 8-10 years of product management experience, specifically building productivity, workflow, or internal tooling products from zero to one.
  • Possesses a strong eye for UI/UX with a focus on removing friction and maximizing operator efficiency in complex environments.
  • Demonstrates an intense curiosity for operational processes and a bias for action, comfortable shipping and iterating in a fast-paced environment.
