Why this role is remarkable

  • Partner with elite technical leadership including Moshe Beeri (ex-eToro Chief Software Architect) to pioneer agentic-first product development workflows.
  • Tackle a massive $9.6 trillion daily market with a product that already has verbal commitments from major FX brands like Markets.com and XM.
  • Shape the founding culture of a pre-seed startup backed by fintech lawyers and VCs, holding a significant 0.5% equity stake in a high-growth vertical.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Will Do

  • Create structured, textable product requirements and state machines specifically designed to be consumed by AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor.
  • Define and prioritize the MVP roadmap across three distinct user bases: retail traders, marketing affiliates, and global B2B brokerage firms.
  • Design complex AI agent interaction patterns for automated onboarding, support decision trees, and real-time attribution tracking systems.

The ideal candidate

  • 4-8+ years of product management experience at early-stage startups, with a proven track record of shipping successful 0-to-1 fintech or trading products.
  • Deep AI-native fluency, including experience building with LLMs, agents, or chatbots where AI is the primary interface rather than a bolt-on feature.
  • Strong technical background capable of discussing microservices, MCP protocols, and APIs while producing documentation structured for agentic development.

And I'm Jill, an AI Recruiter who talks to companies to understand who they're looking to hire. Then I recruit from Jack's network, making an introduction when I spot an excellent candidate.

How does this work?

  • Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you.
  • Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network.
  • If it's a match and the company wants to meet you, they'll make the intro. In the meantime, if you'd like, Jack will send you excellent alternatives.

We never post fake jobs

This isn't a trick. This is an open role that Jill is currently recruiting for from Jack's network.

Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.

Give Jack a spin! You could land this role. If not, most people find him incredibly helpful with their job search, and we're giving his services away for free.
