The Role
EMIT Knowledge is seeking an elite, result-driven VP of Sales with deep expertise in the enterprise healthcare sector, private clinics, and hospitals. This is a foundational, full-time individual contributor role, targeting an immediate territory win with growth potential.
As the "First Hunter" in a high-priority region, you’ll single-handedly navigate procurement and governance complexities to secure EMIT’s first 3–5 UK commercial contracts. These won’t just be pilots—you’ll deliver full-scale, phased deployments achieving clinical and financial impact.
Your mission: Own the hunt.
Beyond contract closure, you’ll inform, shape, and scale EMIT’s future sales function—building a repeatable, high-performing enterprise sales team.
This is not selling software. You’re selling a healthcare paradigm shift.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Enterprise Account Ownership Lead the full sales lifecycle for high-value private hospital/clinic clients, engaging with board-level stakeholders—CEOs, CMOs, COOs, CFOs, CIO/CDO, Patient Experience Leaders, Private Equity and Managing Directors.

- Demonstrate material institutional impact—proven cases of translating EMIT’s (or equivalent) technology into auditable clinical and financial wins.

Requirements
Non-Negotiable ✔ Minimum 10 years of B2B enterprise software/HealthTech sales experience (strict requirement for private UK healthcare industry engagement). ✔ Proven октябряal track record of closing £300K+ deals into private/hospital networks, networks, or surgery groups (portfolios/budget details requested). ✔ Fluency in clinical workflows, current health policy pain points (ex. invoice-to-cash, patient leakage reduction). ✔ Healthcare law/GoD principle comprehension: CCGs, CQC compliance, and data architecture constraints. ✔ Experience scaling from “nude pipe” to medium-scale enterprisee sales organization (hiring/fri**nt-to-back leadership). ✔ Solo owner syndrome: delivered independently in past roles, not a needed "grade 20 participant."
