The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support various stages of our production process. You’ll work across several departments, including:
- Wax room
- Shelling
- Foundry
- Firing
- Inspection
This is an excellent entry-level role for someone who wants to learn practical skills, work with their hands, and grow within the manufacturing industry.
Who We’re Looking For
No previous experience is needed, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You Should Be
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- A team player with good attention to detail
- Reliable and eager to develop new skills
Desirable (not Essential)
- Experience in a foundry or metal casting environment
