At the heart of every great organisation is a clear view of its future. At PBS, we’re looking for an FP&A Accountant who can help shape that future—turning numbers into insight, and insight into action.
This is more than just forecasting. You’ll play a key role in delivering the financial story behind PBS’s ambition—supporting planning, budgeting, and performance analysis that directly influences strategic decision-making and sustainable growth.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and Finance teams, you’ll ensure our financial plans are robust, forward-looking, and aligned to our long-term vision.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the delivery of the annual budget, medium-term plans, and forecasting processes
- Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing clear, actionable insights
- Running scenario analysis to support strategic decisions and evaluate new opportunities
- Identifying and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
- Partnering with stakeholders to bring clarity to financial performance and future outlooks

What you’ll bring
- A qualified accountancy background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets
- Experience in FP&A, forecasting, and performance analysis
- A solid understanding of financial services concepts such as balance sheet, capital and liquidity
- The ability to translate complex data into compelling insights and clear narratives
- A proactive, curious mindset with the confidence to challenge and influence
