Flexjet is seeking a commercially minded and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team on a 6–9 month fixed-term basis. Based in Farnborough, you will support financial planning, performance reporting, forecasting and strategic decision-making across Flexjet's European operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the monthly sales commission scheme and provide accurate reporting in partnership with HR and Commercial teams.
  • Support month-end close activities, working with UK and US Finance teams to analyse financial performance and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare financial and operational reporting, including variance analysis, management reports, dashboards and business insights.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of long-term financial plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Analyse profitability, productivity and operational performance metrics, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Produce carbon offset reporting and other regulatory or management reporting requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting, modelling, processes and business decision support.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years' relevant finance experience.
  • Strong Excel, financial modelling and data analysis skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving, critical thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
