FP&A Analyst
POWWR are seeking a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, high performing finance team where you will gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities and have the opportunity to develop both commercially and technically as an accountant. There are also opportunities to gain wider experience across financial accounting based on your interests and aspirations.

It empowers energy suppliers and brokers to grow their businesses and create a transparent, connected journey. The company was previously known as UD Group in the United Kingdom.
What will you be doing?
Working closely with the Head of Business Control and senior stakeholders, you will help produce high-quality management information, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain robust financial controls and provide meaningful financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

- Producing flash reporting, Board packs and Senior Management Team reporting.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast.
- Developing and maintaining reporting on key SaaS metrics, including ARR, GRR, NRR and other commercial KPIs.
- Producing monthly and quarterly sales commission reporting and calculations.
- Preparing capitalised development reporting and supporting R&D tax reporting activities.
What are POWWR looking for?
- AAT qualified (or equivalent) or currently studying towards a professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA or CIMA.
- Strong understanding of management accounting principles and financial reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse financial information, communicate meaningful insights and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Experience using SQL/Python useful but not essential.
