FP&A Analyst Position – Finance Team
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support the delivery of accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial insight. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with data, building technical skills, and deepening their understanding of how financial analysis drives business decisions.
As part of the team, you’ll collaborate closely with senior finance colleagues while receiving mentorship and support to grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of management reporting, including variance analysis
- Assist in gathering and analysing financial and operational data to identify trends and movement
- Help prepare and maintain quarterly forecasts and budgets
- Work with budget holders to understand central costs and performance with guidance from the wider team
- Support ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and reporting requests
- Maintain and improve reporting templates and spreadsheets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in all reports and models
Requirements
- Studying towards (or pursuing) a finance qualification such as:
- ACA
- ACCA
- CIMA OR equivalent practical experience (graduate roles welcomed)
- Experience in a finance or analytical role (graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong Excel skills with a willingness to enhance modelling and analytical capability
- Ability to communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
- Keen attention to detail
- Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working to deadlines to support the FP&A Manager and Finance Business Partners

- Experience with management reporting or forecasting
