FP&A Analyst – Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week, Hybrid)
About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and support the delivery of accurate reporting, forecasting, and financial insight. This isen’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow your skills in finance while working within a team-driven culture that prioritises impact, learning, and sustainability. You’ll have the chance to work closely with senior finance colleagues while gaining expert guidance and support as you develop. We welcome graduates, early-career professionals, or those studying towards a finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Key Responsibilities
xends across core financial and analytical tasks
- Support the production of management reporting, including variance analysis
- Help gather and analyse financial and operational data to uncover trends and shifts
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of quarterly forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc financial modelling
- Collaborate with budget holders to improve centralised cost management and performance tracking
- Support ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and reporting requests under tight deadlines
- Improve reporting documentation, maintaining consistency and accuracy in spreadsheets and templates
- Ensure the precision and consistency of data across reports and financial models, helping tackle inefficiences
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Not required but a major plus!
- Previous exposure to management reporting or forecasting
- Experience using and building Power BI tools
- Will see applicants from all backgrounds, including those with transferable analytical experience

Requirements for Ideal Candidates
We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in collaboration. Here’s what matters:
- Studying towards (or eagerness to study) a finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or equivalent practical experience
- Foundational experience in a finance or analytical role (start-up graduates welcomed)
- Solid Excel skills with a willingness to upskill in data modelling/analysis
- The ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and work effectively with stakeholder
- Fastidious attention to detail and strong confidence in achieving deadlines
- Eager to learn, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while supporting the FP&A Manager and Team leads
