I'm currently partnering with a leading capital-intensive infrastructure business to recruit a qualified FP&A Analyst into their high-performing finance team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading organisation during a significant period of investment and growth. Reporting into the FP&A Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting and commercial insight that supports strategic decision-making across the business.

Location: Central London

Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package.

Working Pattern: 100% office-based.

The Role

Reporting into the FP&A Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and long-range financial plans.
  • Producing robust financial models, scenario analysis and investment appraisals.
  • Supporting capital expenditure planning, tracking and reporting.
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Analysing financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Preparing monthly management reporting with meaningful commentary and recommendations.
  • Supporting business partnering activities across finance and operational teams.
  • Assisting with the continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Financial Analysis.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, capital-intensive business is highly desirable.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present financial information to senior stakeholders.
  • A commercially minded individual with a proactive approach and a genuine interest in driving business performance.
