Job Description:
A well-established business is going through a significant period of finance transformation. The team is scaling and this hire is part of a broader build-out.
This is a partnering focused FP&A role. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, translating financial data into clear analysis that supports decision-making. You will be involved in developing the systems within the FP&A function to help the business continue through their growth period.

Role Overview:
- Production and reporting across all aspects of financial planning and forecasting.
- Building dashboards and reporting packs that turn data into actionable insight.
- Variance analysis and financial results commentary including underlying drivers.
- Business partnering with stakeholders on performance, cost drivers and financial implications.
- Supporting business case production including cost-benefit and ROI modelling.
- Contributing to process improvement, automation and system enhancements.

About You:
- Part or Newly qualified — ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Experience in a finance team with a solid understanding of cost and revenue analysis.
- Comfortable operating in a less structured environment and building things out.
- Strong analytical capability with a track record of delivering useful insight.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear communicator able to adapt style across different stakeholders.
