Description
- Produce detailed financial forecasts and budgets to support planning
- Analyse financial data and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs, identifying trends and variances for management
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate financial inputs
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support growth
- Prepare reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support investment appraisal and cost efficiency initiatives
- Ensure all reporting aligns with financial policies and standards

Profile
A Successful FP&A Analyst Should Have
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Confident communicator, able to present complex information clearly
- Experience in a similar environment
- Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Good understanding of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements
