About the Role
As FP&A Analyst, you will support the FP&A Manager and wider finance team in delivering forecasting, reporting, and commercial insights across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC and eCommerce brands.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their FP&A or commercial finance career who wants exposure to multiple businesses, founders, and growth-stage environments. You'll play a key role in building reports, analysing performance, and helping clients understand the commercial drivers behind their numbers.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Financial Analysis
- Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial models across multiple DTC and eCommerce clients
- Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, helping identify key performance trends and business drivers
- Analyse revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, customer acquisition costs, and cash flow performance
- Produce reporting packs and dashboards that help clients make better commercial decisions
- Support scenario planning and growth modelling exercises
- Help translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for founders and leadership teams

Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain reporting templates and financial models to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work with large datasets across multiple systems including Shopify, Amazon, marketing platforms, and finance systems
- Support month-end performance reviews and forecast updates
- Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy
Internal & Platform Support
- Support the FP&A Manager and eCommerce Head of Finance across the wider client portfolio
- Help improve forecasting processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools
- Contribute to automation projects and process improvements
- Support internal KPI reporting as eClarity continues to scale
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance analyst, management accounts, or a similar analytical finance role
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience working with large datasets using Google BigQuery (or similar cloud-based data warehousing tools) to extract, analyse, and interpret business performance data
- Comfortable working with data and identifying trends
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly
- Commercially curious and interested in understanding how businesses grow
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop quickly
- Experience within eCommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace, or subscription businesses would be advantageous but not essential
