YOUR MISSION
The Controlling Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization's financial assets effectively.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Develop and implement precise accounting policies, programs, and systems to manage the organization's financial assets effectively
- Ensure the provision of accurate and comprehensive financial information and records
- Work within established systems to achieve designated financial control outcomes
- Contribute to the preparation of detailed data and analytics reports
- Provide expert advice on policy interpretation and application
- Resolve queries and issues, referring complex matters to senior staff as necessary
- Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and methods
- Interpret data to identify potential solutions
- Navigate various processes, procedures, and precedents
- Work within a project management framework to meet specific objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices
- Identify and report instances of noncompliance within the team, escalating issues appropriately
- Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, attending conferences, and engaging with specialist media
- Participate in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and maintaining external professional accreditation

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level required
- Significant experience as an independent practitioner
