FP&A Analyst
FP&A Analyst
Location: North London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + benefits
Hybrid working
An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded FP&A Analyst to join a successful and well-established organisation operating at scale across multiple UK sites, supported by a strong international parent group. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to drive performance through insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and performance reporting
- Produce and monitor financial and operational KPIs
- Partner with finance and non-finance stakeholders to drive performance improvement initiatives
- Support month-end reporting and board-level analysis
- Develop and enhance reporting through the use of data and analytics

About You
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - essential
- Previous industry experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Financial Analysis
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
- Confident analysing large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, analytical, and commercially focused
