This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in the UK as we continue to grow and expand into new areas of ticketing. The role is based in London, but you will work closely with our teams in other counties.
About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will report principally to the CFO but will also work with the wider management team from time-to-time. The FP&A Analyst will be primarily responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the business. The FP&A Analyst will also provide support with the production of management accounts and dashboards for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modelling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from our London HQ, at least 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and financial models. Support the preparation of the business plan, with a specific focus on revenue projections. Support the drafting of investor presentations and board packs. Assist in the production of monthly management accounts. Assist in the production of weekly accounting dashboards for large clients. Analyse company data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Analyse the actual performance of deals compared to forecasts. Support the production of pricing analysis for new products. Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making. Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master’s or advanced degree is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or a similar role. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software such as Xero is a plus. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Ability to collect, evaluate and interpret complex sets of data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
