FP&A Analyst | PE backed Technology | Salary £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus and benefits
I am currently partnering with a PE backed business who are looking for a FP&A Analyst to come and join a growing team. For this role you will be reporting into the Head of FP&A and work closely with other senior leaders across the business.
My client is looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and looking to make a real difference where you can effect change across the business and make the role your own.

- Build, own and maintain complex financial models to support decision making.
- Become a key finance business partner to commercial teams translating data to clear and actionable insights.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business cases.
- Identify underlying key business trends and risks to identify opportunities.
- Support the Head of FP&A in implementing new financial software to build a best in class.
- Identify and improve processes and procedures.
To be considered you will need;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified someone looking to make the first move into a commercial/ FP&A role. Or someone who has 2 - 3 years experience in an FP&A role.
- Expectational excel and modelling building skills.
- Highly commercial mindset with the ability to look beyond the numbers.
- Strong communication skills while being confident to push back to senior leaders.
