Description
This is an exciting time to be joining NCH post-merger with Solenis. Following an internal promotion within the FP&A department, we are seeking to hire an FP&A Business Partner to support the Industrial Sales group in Europe. The position is very hands-on, providing commercial and financial insight to aid decision-making and drive forward a highly profitable and growing business.
What you’ll do
- Act as the go-to finance partner for the EVP of Sales (Industrial Europe)
- Deliver monthly commentaries & presentations with clear insights into performance
- Lead annual planning, forecasting & strategic plans aligned with Global HQ (Delaware, USA)
- Build financial models & business cases for product launches, acquisitions & expansion
- Support integration with Solenis, guiding stakeholders on Tableau & OneStream
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to influence key decisions
- Travel ~10% across Europe

What we’re looking for
- CIMA/ACCA qualified (essential), with a degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Strong FP&A experience (budgeting, forecasting, analysis)
- Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills; Oracle knowledge desirable
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial leaders
- Commercially savvy, proactive, and deadline-driven
